Robert Scatorchio entered the game with runners on first and third in the seventh inning and got the final outs for the save.Great Neck North 12, Roosevelt 0: Adam Goltche went 3-for-5 with four RBIs and was a double short of the cycle and Simon Szuster threw a one-hitter, walked one and struck out 15 for GNN (3-0) in Conference A-III.Wheatley 9, Friends Academy 7: Donald Balducci went 4-for-4 with two RBIs and three runs to lead Wheatley (3-5) in Conference BC.Sachem East 11, Ward Melville 9: Taylor Genoino went 3-for-5 with three runs, Ryan Murphy was 3-for-5 with two RBIs and a run and Chris Carroll was 4-for-4 with three runs, two RBIs and three stolen bases for Sachem East (2-3) in Suffolk League I.

Northport 4, Whitman 3: Andrew Lertora singled to score Peter Daily in the bottom of the eighth inning to win it for Northport (2-0) in League II. Lertora went 3-for-3 with two doubles and a stolen base. Jake Belifiore threw three scoreless innings for the win.

Newfield 4, West Islip 2: Nick Dicono's three-run homer in the bottom of the second inning gave Newfield (2-2) a 3-0 lead in League III.Riverhead 6, West Babylon 5: Steve Kimmelman hit an RBI single in the fifth inning to give Riverhead (2-2) a 6-3 lead in League IV.
