Junior Megan Henry threw her first perfect game, striking out five to lead West Islip to a 1-0 victory over Smithtown East Friday in Suffolk League III softball.

Annie Grabinsky drove in Marissa Motis with a two-out, bases-loaded infield single in the top of the fifth for the game's only run. West Islip is 13-6.

Bayport-Blue Point 1, Mt. Sinai 0: Kathleen McKeveny singled home Kathleen Bailey with two outs in the bottom of the sixth for Bayport-Blue Point (14-2) in League VII. Meg Brewer struck out 15 and walked none in a one-hitter.

Island Trees 3, North Shore 2: Brittany Ciaramitaro doubled home Meghan Acorn in the bottom of the seventh to win it for No. 6 Island Trees (9-8) over No. 11 North Shore in the first round of the Nassau Class A playoffs. Island Trees plays at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday against Plainedge.

Plainedge 3, Valley Stream North 1: Kat Keyes hit a two-run single in the bottom of the third inning to break a tie at 1 and propel No. 3 Plainedge past No. 14 Valley Stream North. Michele Daubman struck out 12 in a three-hitter.

Bethpage 6, Division 4: Katie Ferraro went 2-for-3 and drove in the fifth run in a five-run third inning to lead No. 9 Bethpage past No. 8 Division. Catcher Nicole Ginsberg went 2-for-4 with two runs, an RBI and picked off a runner from third base. Bethpage will play at Floral Park at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Floral Park 12, West Hempstead 0: Samantha Giovanniello struck out 13 and walked none in a five-inning one-hitter and went 3-for-4 with a grand slam in the bottom of the fifth that ended the game as No. 1 Floral Park (16-4) defeated No. 16 West Hempstead.

Sewanhaka 2, Wantagh 0: Monique Roberge struck out 15 and walked two in a one-hitter for No. 5 Sewanhaka (4-13), which defeated No. 12 Wantagh (13-4). Sewanhaka plays at No. 4 New Hyde Park at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Michelle Mongiello was 3-for-4 with a two-run triple in the third inning to give Sewanhaka the advantage.

MacArthur 6, Bellmore JFK 4: Stephanie Erbacher singled home Kristen Brown to give No. 6 MacArthur (14-5) a 4-3 lead in the bottom of the fifth inning in the first round of the Nassau Class AA playoffs. Hayley Myles hit an RBI triple and Jenna Cozza hit a two-run homer to tie the score at 3 for MacArthur, which scored five runs in the fifth. MacArthur will play at No. 3 Long Beach at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday in a quarterfinal.

Massapequa 5, Oceanside 0: Kate Carmody struck out six in a three-hitter for No. 7 Massapequa (5-11), which defeated No. 10 Oceanside. Massapequa will play at No. 3 Carey at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

GIRLS LACROSSE

Ward Melville 9, Northport 8: Kelly Naslonski scored her second goal of the game with 20:17 left in the second half to give Ward Melville (8-5) a 6-5 lead in Division I. Jess Liberty's goal with 16:54 left extended the lead to 7-5. Naslonski finished with three goals. Paige Bonomi and Courtney Fortunato each scored three goals for Northport (12-1), which had won 33 straight Division I games (including playoffs). Northport was without Suffolk's leading scorer Shannon Gilroy, who is nursing a hamstring injury.

Kellenberg 15, St. John the Baptist 13: Katie Cunningham had four goals and one assist to lead Kellenberg (3-5), which trailed 7-6 at halftime in CHSAA. Erin Collins had seven goals and three assists for St. John the Baptist (5-5).

St. Anthony's 17, Sacred Heart 5: Casey Madden had three goals and one assist and Haley Bloom added three goals for St. Anthony's (8-0) in CHSAA.

BOYS TRACK

English wins. Copiague's Tyrek English won the high jump (6 feet, 8 inches), the long jump (22-101/4) and took second in the shot put (47-5) at the Town of Babylon Friends meet.
