6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday at Herricks Community Center.
THE BUDGET
The district is proposing a $97,373,015 budget for the 2010-11 school year, an increase of 3.8 percent from the current budget of $93,805,395. The tax levy would rise 4.83 percent to $84,598,126 from the current $80,696,909.
The average homeowner with a house assessed at $1,540 would pay $9,658 in taxes, an increase of 3.3 percent from the current $9,349.
The proposed budget includes a 2.5 percent contract raise to teachers and a 1.9 percent step increase.
No significant programs or services would be cut.

THE CANDIDATES
Incumbent Sanjay K. Jain is running unopposed for a three-year term. Incumbent Paul Ehrbar is running unopposed for a one-year term.
