Hollywood Life: Allison and Brian Williams, two of a kind

Leave it to HBO series "Girls" to include a risqué sex scene in Sunday's season opener involving Allison Williams, who plays Marnie. At the show's premiere party in Manhattan last week, the actress watched the racy scene along with the audience, which included her dad, "NBC Nightly News" anchor Brian Williams.

According to New York magazine, the renowned journalist, who has seen it all on the news desk, appeared to be unfazed upon viewing the scene.

"She's always been an actress," Brian Williams said. "For us, watching her is the family occupation and everybody has to remember it's acting, no animals were harmed during the filming, and ideally nobody gets hurt."

A 'Grace'-ful reunion

It's been nearly nine years since "Will & Grace" went off the air, but it looks like the show's stars, Eric McCormack and Debra Messing, will be having a television reunion.

NBC has just announced that McCormack will guest star this season on an upcoming episode of the network's dramedy "The Mysteries of Laura," which stars Messing as a single mom who's also a homicide detective with the New York Police Department. McCormack will play Messing's ex-fiance who also happens to be a murder suspect.
