FLORHAM PARK, N.J. - Braylon Edwards isn't the Jets' lone wide receiver making a return of sorts to the Buckeye State this weekend. Santonio Holmes played at Ohio State and made several trips to Cleveland in four seasons with the Steelers. So it's no coincidence the wideout was sporting a red T-shirt with an Ohio State logo yesterday.

"Any time I go back to the state of Ohio, I'm looking forward to doing great things," Holmes said. "I've got a lot of fans back there in Ohio that are definitely going to still be cheering me on . . . I get a lot of tweets from guys saying that they are glad they can root for me now that I'm a Jet."

Holmes is getting into a groove. He's started the past two games and has eight receptions for 157 yards - including a five-catch, 114-yard effort against the Lions - and his 52-yard reception in overtime set up Nick Folk's winning 30-yard field goal.
