Jets fans are known for being paranoid about their team. But Philadelphians, especially Eagles fans, aren't far behind. The Philly faithful were unhappy last week as the Chicago 'D' (and a sloppy Soldier Field) helped keep the Iggles and Michael Vick in check. The Giants (two weeks ago) and the Bears have given the NFL a pretty good blueprint for controlling Vick & Co. Unfortunately for the Texans, they don't have that kind of athletic defense. Houston's 'D' is ranked 28th in the NFL. Philly is an impressive 15-5 overall in its last 20 December home games. Meanwhile, Long Island lawns and the visiting Texans have something in common: neither do well in December. Houston is 2-6 ATS in their last eight Dec. roadies. The pick: Eagles
