How to: Post and schedule tweets to multiple sites

Hootsuite lets you post live and scheduled tweets to multiple Twitter and other social-media accounts without accessing each one separately.

1 Create an account at hootsuite .com/signup. Select and add all the social networks, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, to which you belong.

2 Type your message, select the networks you'd like to update, click on "send now." You can shrink long links using the handy URL shortener. Other features include the ability to track stats (how many people clicked on a link you posted).

3 To schedule your tweets, type your message, click on "send later," set the time and date for it to be released, select the networks, click on "schedule." A "message scheduled" alert will appear, and your message will be delivered at the appointed time.
