Howard, Oswalt lead Phillies' victory
Ryan Howard homered and had four RBIs and Roy Oswalt (5-7) pitched seven solid innings to lead the host Philadelphia Phillies to an 11-3 victory over the Washington Nationals Saturday night.
The Nationals committed three errors that led to seven runs.
Giants 3, Marlins 0: Tim Lincecum (11-9) allowed two hits in seven scoreless innings and Jeff Keppinger hit a solo home run in the first inning for visiting San Francisco.
Brewers 1, Pirates 0: Marco Estrada pitched five innings in a spot start, combining on a three-hitter, and Yuniesky Betancourt homered for host Milwaukee.
Rockies 6, Cardinals 1: Carlos Gonzalez hit a three-run homer for visiting Colorado.
Tigers 6, Orioles 5: Miguel Cabrera homered in a five-run sixth for visiting Detroit.
Indians 3, Twins 1: Asdrubal Cabrera hit a three-run homer for host Cleveland.
Rangers 7, Athletics 1: Colby Lewis (11-8) combined on a five-hitter and Ian Kinsler had two hits and three RBIs for visiting Texas.
