Hudson absent for part of trialJennifer Hudson stayed outside a Chicago courtroom Wednesday for the second day in a row as prosecutors showed autopsy photos of her 7-year-old nephew in the murder trial of her former brother-in-law. The Chicago Tribune said Hudson was in the courtroom later in the day to hear a police officer's testimony on the use of cellphone records to trace the whereabouts of suspect William Balfour on the day Hudson's mother and brother were killed. The body of her nephew Julian King was found three days later. Balfour had been taken into custody by then, and testimony has involved graphic discussion of decomposition to determine the time of King's death.
