Jay Leno ready to move on from 'Tonight Show'
This time, Jay Leno is really done with late-night television. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Jay said he has no plans to hop back into the hosting chair after he exits "The Tonight Show" on Feb. 6. "Last time, I was told, 'You're leaving.' This time, honestly, I was asked," Jay said. "When I signed [my last contract], I said, 'This about the last go-round? OK.' I was going to leave in September and then they said, 'We have the Olympics and we'd like to launch Jimmy [Fallon] early. What if you left six months early? Would you do that?' And we said, 'Does the staff get paid? OK, fine.' " Jay also said he's "not really sad" because he's had "a really good run" and it's important for him to be "realistic."
Kate cuts family ties
Kate Gosselin's sister, Kendra Wilber, says that she hasn't seen her nieces and nephews in about six years because Kate has cut off all ties with her children's extended family. "Kate does not speak to her family at all. It is very painful," Kendra told The Daily Mail. "The last time we saw and spoke with her it was in our church parking lot. That was years ago, I have lost track of time."
