John Myers, of Patchogue, is a former DJ turned teacher who uses Twitter to share his love of music with his followers. Myers, 46, tweets links to his blogs and a song-of-the-day every day, which he said is one of the most popular features on his account. “It never ceases to get me followers, and I probably get about 10 new followers a day,” he said. “For the summer I am just writing full time,” he said. “I love songs, and I love to dance so that’s where the music comes in.”
