Joseph Cairl March Scholar Artist for Suffolk County

Joseph Cairl is a senior at Walt Whitman High School in South Huntington and is very proud to be representing his school as a 2012 Long Island Scholar Artist in Theatre.  Joseph is an avid participant in Whitman’s theatre program where he held leading roles in The Wizard of Oz (Tinman), Beauty and the Beast (Lumiere), and Fiddler on the Roof  (Perchik). He is also president of the Thespian Honor Society.  Joseph has performed in community theatres such as Arena Players, Author’s Playhouse and Governor’s Comedy Club.  He is a member of  the National Honor Society, Tri-M Honor Society and President of the Thespian Honor Society.
