Just a Bite Desserts is a new line of confections made by Paula Rosenthal, a Nassau County entrepreneur who's turning her lifelong passion for baking into a second career. We loved the moist, dark chocolate loaf cake -- opulent in texture, restrained in sweetness and crying out for a glass of cold milk -- and the seasonal pumpkin bread, with or without chocolate chips.
