To make up for staying quiet for a few weeks, Kanye West caused an uproar in the blogosphere Thursday.
He tweeted about the cost of abortion and about women who get "pregnant on purpose" and advised guys to wear a condom.
He then went on to clarify his statement, saying, "It ain't happen to me but I know people."
His tweet raised quite a ruckus, though it's not all that different from the sentiments in his No. 1 hit "Gold Digger" or his new single "All of the Lights" for that matter.
British pop star Lily Allen responded, "Never has a tweet put me in such a bad mood. This is wrong on so many levels."
Speaking of "All of the Lights," the video was part of its own controversy Thursday.
The Hype Williams-directed clip was taken off YouTube and then reinstated with a warning Thursday, after the group Epilepsy Action stated they were receiving reports of people going into seizures after watching the video, which features a great deal of flashing lights.
