Kelly Killoren Bensimon writing Hamptons book

The Hamptons is Kelly Killoren Bensimon’s playground.

The 42-year-old East Hampton beauty, most known for her less-than-stable personal life on “The Real Housewives of New York City,” has a new book about the Hamptons in the works.

Bensimon has been coming to the Hamptons since she was 16-year-old, and what better way to offer a glimpse into her ‘favorite vacation destination” than writing a book about it. Bensimon posted a YouTube video to give viewers a sneak peak. Watch it here.

She is the author of “In the Spirit of the Hamptons,” released in 2002, featuring personal photo albums from the likes of East Enders designer Calvin Klein and photographer Patrick Demarchelier.

In addition to being an author, the one-time model, once married to the famous French fashion photographer, Gilles Bensimon, is a mother to Sea and Teddy, a jewelry designer and an editor-at-large for Hamptons Magazine. She also is an editor at Gotham Magazine and LA Confidential.

She stars in “Behind the Hedges,” on Plum TV, a reality show based on her life in New York City and the Hamptons. And she wrote “American Style” and “The Bikini Book.”

Bensimon says her latest book will be out in the spring.
