BOOT CAMP For three weeks -- July 9-22 -- boys ages 12 to 16 can train with the soccer club for which David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo have played. In Manchester, England, camp participants will train daily with Manchester United staff and attend workshops including strategy, fitness and leadership. FISHING Kids Summer Fishing Adventures is run by Capt. Ken Tokar of the Angler II, docked at Inspiration Wharf, 405 Main St., Port Washington. 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday; sign-up is by the week during the 10 weeks beginning June 27 and concluding Sept. 2.
