Kidsday: My lip balm is poppin'

Have you ever heard of lip balm flavored like Rice Krispies treats? I have one.

I started my collection of 31 lip balms when I used to have chapped lips. Now I don't have chapped lips, but I still have the balms.

Among my lip balms are flavors like Froot Loops and Skittles. My Hershey's Syrup lip balm squeezes out like Hershey's Syrup.

My newest one is blue raspberry Jolly Rancher.

My soda-flavored varieties include Fanta, Coke and Sprite. The container is shaped like a soda can. Most of my friends like the Sprite because it tastes exactly like Sprite.

I think my collection is pretty cool when you think of it.

I hope you start collecting just like I did!

Game review: Halo 3 Warthog

The Halo 3 Warthog (MacFarlane Toys) comes with two people, a remote controller and the Warthog. To play you will need two batteries in the remote and six batteries for the Warthog.

Read the directions carefully to get it to work just right. If your Warthog works, it will be fun. It might take a while to get used to. It is really fast, so make sure you have a lot of space to let it maneuver. It might break something.

I recommend it for kids 6 and older. The Halo 3 Warthog is great for learning how to drive a small car.
