Lamar Odom enters not guilty plea in DUIFormer NBA player Lamar Odom, the not-quite former husband of Khloé Kardashian, pleaded not guilty yesterday to a DUI charge in Los Angeles. Southern California's City News Service reported that Odom, 33, did not appear in court, leaving his attorney, Richard Hutton, to enter the plea. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for Nov. 8. Odom showed signs of intoxication when arrested for weaving on the Ventura Freeway at 4 a.m. on Aug. 30, according to the police report. Because he refused blood and breath tests, his license was suspended.
