Lamar Odom gets probation in DUI case
NBA player Lamar Odom, 34, was sentenced to 36 months probation Monday after pleading no contest to a DUI charge. E! News and other outlets reported that Odom must also pay $1,814 in fines and complete an alcohol-education program by June 9. Odom had shown signs of intoxication when arrested for weaving on the Ventura Freeway at 4 a.m. on Aug. 30, according to the police report. Because he refused blood and breath tests, his license remains suspended.
