Legislator to update Merrick residents on projects

Nassau Legis. David Denenberg (D-Merrick) will be updating residents about projects in District 19 Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at the Merrick Library on Merrick Avenue.
The projects focus on county roads, parks and facilities. Plans include installing curbs on Merrick Avenue in Merrick, resurfacing North Main Street in Freeport and streetscaping portions of Merrick Road in Bellmore.
District 19 consists of Bellmore, North Bellmore, Merrick and parts of Freeport, North Merrick and Wantagh.
