Letter: Mulch business raises a stink

Concerning the article "Raising a stink" [News, July 15], I guess the Town of Brookhaven is going to have to take its head out of the sand and finally address this problem.
When we taxpayers wait all winter to be able to enjoy our property and cannot because of these inconsiderate mulch operations, it's time to put a stop to these odors.
