Regarding "Annoying fliers on windshields" [IMHO, Aug. 15]: Those fliers help promote small businesses.
Gluing them to windshields would be wrong, and I do not feel that politicians should use this forum to get elected. However, small businesses are struggling in this down economy. I own a gym in Massapequa and have used these fliers. They have helped me find new customers.
