Police should crack down on texting, too

It's great to wear seat belts . We do need them, especially in school buses. But the police stops add to harassment; I sure wish they had a better way. While they're at it, police ought to crack down on cell-phone usage, including texting. Perhaps police should notify drivers' insurance companies of what their insured drivers are doing.
