LI High School for the Arts open house
The Long Island High School for the Arts (LIHSA) will hold an open house on Saturday, April 21, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the school, at 239 Cold Spring Rd., Syosset.
Visitors can explore the school’s theater, art and dance studios, “high tech” digital music and media production lab and rehearsal rooms, and tour the entire state-of-the-art facility and talk with staff, professional artists, alumni and parents of students.
LIHSA students receive professional-level training in art, dance, drama, theater technology, instrumental or vocal music, musical theater, film or playwriting each day as a supplement to their regular courses of study.
For details on the open house call 516-622-5678 or visit www.lihsarts.org.
