TRAFFIC AND TRANSIT
EAST ISLIP: The right lane is closed on Route 27 eastbound between Carleton Avenue and the Southern Parkway due to road construction.
ROSLYN: There is construction work on Route 25A in both directions between Bryant Avenue and Glen Cove Road in Greenvale.
WEST ISLIP: There is construction work on Robert Moses Causeway in both directions between Montauk Highway and Sunrise Highway in Bay Shore.
CALVERTON: The right lane is closed on the LIE westbound between Exit 71 and Exit 73 due to road construction.
PORT JEFFERSON STATION: Look out for long-term road construction on Route 347 in both directions between Williams Street and Route 112.
LIRR: The Mineola station east end overpass is out of service for repairs. Please use the west end overpass until the repairs are complete.
WEATHER
THURSDAY: Clear in the morning, then partly cloudy with a high of 66.
THURSDAY NIGHT: Clear in the evening, then partly cloudy with a low of 46.
FRIDAY: Partly cloudy in the morning, then overcast with a 30 percent chance of rain and a high of 61.
