Grena G. Porto of Delaware has joined the board of PULSE of NY. She is the founder and principal of QRS Healthcare Consulting. PULSE of NY is a Wantagh-based nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness of patient safety through advocacy, education, and support.

David M. Saul has been named president of AMS Market Research in Huntington. The Farmingdale resident was a vice president at Diagnostic Research International in Manhattan and is a principal at Marketing Masters NY in Farmingdale.

Staci Basuino has joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's Ronkonkoma-Patchogue regional office as a sales agent. The Farmingville resident was most recently a Home Depot manager in Selden.
