Lori J. LaPonte has been promoted to partner in charge of audits and attest services at Albanese Sini & Reeves. The East Setauket accounting firm was recently formed as result of a merger of Albanese & Company and Sini & Reeves. LaPonte is a Mount Sinai resident.

Mike Witte has joined the Allegria Hotel in Long Beach as general manager. He joins the oceanfront hotel after serving as cruise director with Norwegian Cruise Line. Witte is a Long Beach resident.
