ASSOCIATIONSAl Frazia, a Hauppauge resident and chief human resources officer at Holtz Rubenstein Reminick in Melville, has been elected to the board of directors of the Human Resources Association of New York, a chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management.

FINANCEJeff Bloch has been promoted to marketing manager at the Melville office of accounting firm Marcum. He will retain the responsibilities associated with his previous title of customer relationship management coordinator. Bloch is a Sayville resident.

Sandra Griffin, of Southampton, has joined the firm as vice president. She held a similar position at The Corcoran Group in Southampton.

McElrath, of Southampton, has joined the firm as a licensed real estate salesperson. She also held a similar position at the Southampton office of The Corcoran Group.
