Stuart Fagen has joined Sabre Real Estate Group as managing director and will specialize in tenant representation. The Commack resident recently dissolved his retail brokerage company, the Fagen Group.

Marie Asher has been named manager of the Jericho and Wantagh offices of Stephen Joseph Properties. The Hicksville resident was a real estate agent for Century 21 American Homes in Levittown.

John Hurst has joined the Setauket office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as a sales agent. The Centereach resident was most recently the owner/manager of New Car Electronics in Port Jefferson Station.

LIBRARIES
Danielle Zubiller has been named director of the Westhampton Free Library. The Holbrook resident is completing her association with the Brentwood Public Library, where her responsibilities include circulation, patron computer services and Internet services.
