Former Suffolk County Legis. George Guldi is sentenced to 4 to 12 years in prison for insurance fraud and grand larceny. Guldi had said in an affidavit that Levy used his influence to provide protection for the criminal acts of a key witness in the case. Levy, who was not called as a witness, denied the allegation.
