The Village of Lindenhurst is hosting a garden show on Sunday.

Organized by Mayor Thomas A. Brennan’s Beautification Society, the free event will take place from noon until 5 p.m. at the Village Square and Gazebo. The show will include presentations with tips on flower arranging, gardening and soil testing. There will also be a “Grandma’s Attic Treasures” yard sale, plants from Jaclyn’s Garden nursery in Copiague as well as giveaways by presenters.

For children, there will be coloring books and crayons, face painting and the opportunity to do their own plantings. Free popcorn and cotton candy will be available, and there will be several vendors selling food and other items.
