LIRR: Scattered delays out of Penn Station
Commuters at Penn Station are experiencing scattered 20 to 30 minute delays due to an earlier smoke condition in one of the East River tunnels, according to the Long Island Railroad.
Westbound LIRR service between Jamaica and Penn Station has been restored, according to the LIRR.
