Long Island Rail Road workers are mustering in lower Manhattan near MTA headquarters as the strike enters its third day and negotiations are set to resume at 7:30 a.m.

"NO CONTRACT NO WORK," reads one sign. "UNITED WE RISE DIVIDED WE FALL," reads another.

Some wore shirts; "TCU ON STRIKE FOR FAIR WAGES."

Just before 7 a.m., about a dozen of the workers stood with signs next to the headquarters, at 2 Broadway, outside the Gotham Bites, Chipotle and Transit Museum store.
