This is the cutest thing you’ll see all day.

The Bayport-Blue Point Library is streaming video of a few baby chicks that recently hatched there. If you don’t see them right away, wait 10 seconds and you’ll likely blurt out “Whoa,” like we did, when they pop up into the camera.

The chicks were hatched from eggs provided by the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Suffolk County. They began incubating at the library on May 12.

We’ll be at the library on Friday with director Michael Firestone to bring you more about the chicks, who are the subjects of an educational project about life cycles.
