Lutheran went on a 9-0 to finally break this one open, taking its biggest lead, 59-39, with three minutes left.

Christina Raiti scored 23 points, including five treys, and Paige Kriftcher added 16. Raeann Stilwell led St. Mary's with 21 points.

The Crusaders (19-5) will face Irvington on Saturday morning at 10:30 for the Federation Class B championship. Irvington (26-1) defeated previously unbeaten Scholars Academy, 63-43.

Christina Raiti nailed her fifth three-pointer of the game plus another basket from the wing and Paige Kriftcher scored twice inside. But the Crusaders could not increase their halftime margin. Still, they look to be in control entering the final quarter.

LuHi made a remarkable 7 of 14 three-pointers, four by Christina Raiti. The Crusaders led 32-13 before the Lancers closed the half on an 11--3 run. Raiti had 12 points, Paige Kriftcher 8 and Boogie Brozoski 7 points and 5 assists.

The Federation Tournament of Champions switched from Glens Falls to Albany this year.
