Lohan suing apparel line collaborators
Lindsay Lohan is suing her former collaborators on a clothing line, claiming she is owed more than $1.1 million, The Associated Press reports. The suit also seeks to regain control of trademarks associated with the actress' 6126 line of leggings and clothing. Lohan's case was filed in federal court in Los Angeles Thursday. She is suing D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries claiming they have failed to pay her for proceeds from the clothing line and have breached an agreement to seek her input and work to expand the clothing line to swimwear, cosmetics and other apparel.
