Long Beach mom, son accused of dealing heroin
A Long Beach mother and son are accused of dealing heroin to an undercover police officer.
Police say Kelly Cavanagh, 53, and her son William, 22, were selling heroin out of their Shore Road apartment.
Both were arrested Wednesday and charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance. The mom was additionally charged with a second count of both charges.
Bail for Kelly Cavanagh was set at $40,000 bond or $20,0000 cash. William Cavanagh had his bail set at $20,000 bond or $10,000 cash.
