Here is a list of the All Americans from Long Island, as selected by United States Lacrosse. In all, 203 players were recognized as Regional All Americans. 

Later this month, a second and third group will be announced, and after that, 24 players will be named first team National All Americans and 24 will be selected to the second team.

Twenty Long Island players were included in the group of 203, including 11 from Nassau, nine from Suffolk and one from the CHSAA.

There are seven defensemen, five attacks, four goalies, and four middies. And there are 17 seniors, two juniors and one sophomore.
