Galasso, part of four state champions in a five-year varsity career, broke the Long Island career scoring record in the state title game with one goal and six assists to finish his career with 500 points. He had 136 points as a senior (66 goals) and 137 as a junior. The two-time Newsday Player of the Year and two-time All-American will play at North Carolina. "He has unbelievable lacrosse sense," coach Scott Craig said. "He feels the game."
