Long Island goes to the prom rewind: 2015

Knox School senior Yiyin Nan, 18, and her boyfriend Tai Jin, 21, were voted couple "Most Likely to Get Married" during prom at Dyker Beach Golf Course in Brooklyn on Friday, April 17, 2015. It's the second time the couple, who met at the St. James school, won the award.

Farmingdale High School junior Liam Kiernan said he spent more than an hour getting his hair to stand up for his windblown junior prom hairstyle. "All it took was a blow dryer, and a lot of products," he said at the prom on April 25, 2015.

Longwood High school senior Peter Reinhard ordered his custom-made outdoor-themed vest and jacket four months before prom. Shannon Kramer, his girlfriend since elementary school, approves of the choice. "He loves to hunt, and he's always outdoors," she said. "It's a part of who he is." Reinhard added, "She promised me I could wear something like this to our prom."
