LAW

Paul Cicchetti of Smithtown has joined the real estate finance practice at Polsinelli in Manhattan as a shareholder. He held a similar position at DLA Piper, also in Manhattan.

Lebowitz of Queens has joined Jaspan Schlesinger in Garden City as special counsel. He previously served as Court of Claims judge and acting Supreme Court justice at Queens County Supreme Court.

Silverberg of East Williston joins The Law Office of Stephen J. Silverberg in Roslyn Heights as an elder-law attorney. He served as a law clerk at the firm while awaiting admission to the New York State Bar.

Public Relations Professionals of Long Island has appointed four new members to its board of directors.

Valerie Esposito of Bellmore is a public relations associate at St. Joseph's College in Patchogue. She is also a freelance journalist and contributes feature stories to PRPLI's newsletter.

Andrea Jones of Bellmore is founder of On Target Marketing, which provides marketing communications services to companies with scarce in-house resources, and also serves as director of marketing for Vishnick McGovern Milizio in Lake Success.

Judy Vladimir of Great Neck has been named the new director of development at the Holocaust Memorial & Tolerance Center of Nassau County in Glen Cove. Before joining the center she served as development associate at ORT America's Long Island office in Huntington.

John McGrath of South Salem has been named president and CEO of The Marfan Foundation in Port Washington. He was chief executive director at Easter Seals in Manhattan.

Joel H. Hammer of Syosset has joined Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in Hackensack, New Jersey, as executive vice president/chief executive. He had a similar job at GTJ REIT of Long Island and Kushner Companies of Manhattan.

John H. Murer of Huntington has joined Jaguar Land Rover Huntington as a sales consultant. He held a similar job at Competition Automotive Group in Smithtown.
