TRAFFIC AND TRANSIT
FARMINGVILLE: North Ocean Avenue (County Road 83) will be closed in both directions between Route 25 and Granny Road from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 30 due to a concert and fireworks at Bald Hill.

WHAT TO WATCH
LIRR: Starting Tuesday, Sept. 2, buses will replace four midday weekday trains between Ronkonkoma and Greenport due to trackwork.
