WATER MAIN BREAK
BABYLON. Suffolk County Water Authority customers in the vicinity of Coppertree Lane may experience a disruption in their water service due to a water main break. SCWA says the break affects about 10 residences.
TRAFFIC AND TRANSIT
SAGTIKOS PARKWAY. In Brentwood, there is construction work on the northbound and southbound sides at the Southern State Parkway.
WEATHER
Tuesday afternoon and evening will be partly cloudy with a 20 to 30 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms. The high is expected to hit 86 Tuesday with a low of 72 tonight.
THAT'S SO LI: DUCKS vs. WINE IN CLOSE BATTLE
The Top 16 contestants in Newsday's That's SO Long Island Tournament are battling for your votes in Round 3, which ends Wednesday at 5 p.m. In the "Activities" corner, the fight between the Long Island Ducks and Long Island wine country is close, with fewer than 200 votes separating the contenders.
Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider is also facing his toughest opponent, Billy Joel, who's been a clear front-runner since the contest started. The Long Beach boardwalk and Jones Beach boardwalk also are squaring off.
