Bare Bones Theater Company presents a rarely performed Neil Simon comedy, "Fools," based on Russian folk tales. The show closed after 41 Broadway performances because, according to rumor, Simon didn't want his ex-wife to profit in the divorce settlement. Theatre Three opens its fall season with the world premiere of "Treasure Island: A Musical Adventure," with music and lyrics by Gary William Friedman and Will Holt, who previously collaborated on the Tony-nominated "The Me Nobody Knows."
