Adam Ohriner, a 2004 Mepham High School graduate, will make his in-ring national television debut tonight on Spike TV’s “Impact Wrestling,” starting at 9 p.m.
His appearance, which was taped last week in Peoria, Ill., is part of a “TNA Gut Check” search to find new talent for the company. The match was a tryout, and Ohriner will find out soon if he will be offered a TNA contract.
Ohriner, 27, who wrestles on the independent scene as “Big O,” started his quest for squared-circle fame after appearing in friend and WWE Superstar Zack Ryder’s YouTube show, “The Z! True Long Island Story.”
