HEMPSTEAD VILLAGE FORUM 

A coalition of Hempstead Village community organizations will host a 6:30 workshop Thursday to discuss school improvements and the need for more extracurricular activities, resources and support services. 16-year-old girl returns home unharmed

A teenager who had been reported missing from her Huntington Station home has returned unharmed, according to a Suffolk County police news release. The police had been searching for Nancy Meta Rodriguez since she was reported missing on Sunday. The teenager returned home unharmed at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday.

WEATHER

The thermometer reached 60 degrees in parts of Long Island Thursday. The day's ow is expected to be 39 degrees, and there's a 60 percent chance of rain, according to the latest forecast.
