Lottery: $393M Mega Millions jackpot ticket sold in Illinois

A winning ticket for Friday night’s Mega Millions drawing was sold in Illinois, lottery officials said.
The jackpot reached a whopping $393 million. The winning numbers were 23, 33, 53, 56, 58 with a Mega Ball 6.
Illinois state lottery officials said the winning ticket was sold at a barbecue restaurant in Palos Heights, Illinois.
The jackpot was among the five highest in Mega Millions history. The largest, a $656 million payout, was split among three winners in Maryland, Illinois and Kansas in 2012.
Lottery officials said two second-prize tickets were also sold in California and Ohio. Those tickets are worth $1 million.
The odds of winning Mega Millions are 1 in 258,890,850.
