New York Lottery officials said a winning ticket worth $64,958.50 for the Take 5 drawing on Monday, Aug. 29, 2016, was sold at the USA Petroleum station at 1111 Old Nichols Rd in Islandia.

An Islandia gas station sold a Take 5 lottery ticket worth $64,958.50, lottery officials said Tuesday.

The winning ticket for Monday’s drawing was sold by the USA Petroleum station at 1111 Old Nichols Rd., New York Lottery said in a news release.

The ticket matched all five numbers in Monday’s drawing — 13, 15, 22, 26 and 38.
