New York Lottery: Lots o’ loot up for grabs this weekend

Saturday's Powerball winning numbers were 60, 66, 22, 59, and 57.  The Powerball was 7.

Friday's Mega Millions winning numbers were 26, 52, 33, 1, and 13.  The Mega Ball was 11.

Both the Mega Millions and Powerball prizes increased this week after drawings Tuesday and Wednesday failed to produce jackpot winners for the two games, though $1 million Mega Millions tickets were sold in Queens, Indiana and Kentucky.

Lottery officials said the Mega Millions top prize reached $345 million on Friday.

Lottery players must match all five drawn numbers plus the Mega Ball to win. The odds are 1 in 302,575,350, according to the state lottery website.

The Powerball Jackpot crept even higher, totaling $455 million, lottery officials said Friday.

The odds of matching all five numbers plus the power ball to win the jackpot are 1 in 292,201,338.
