Maggie Milonakis chooses Molloy

Island Trees senior guard Maggie Milonakis has committed to play college basketball at Molloy. She is a four-year starter and has 101 three-pointers in three years. She led the county as a sophomore and was third in Nassau last season.

"She has unlimited range and will take and make three's from 22-23 feet," Island Trees coach Andrew Schneider said. "She was doubled and faced a box-and-one almost all season. For an undersized guard, she rebounds well and gets her teammates involved offensively."

Milonakis averaged 15 points per game last season and is the all-time leader in three-pointers at Island Trees with one season left.
